We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns + Exchanges
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If there is something that's not right about a product that you receive please let us know by emailing info@saltandvineinteriors.com. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will work together to correct any issues. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must have proof of purchase.
Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, so we are happy to offer you a refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We will gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. Due to limit one of a kind inventory, please send us an email at info@saltandvineinteriors.com
Return Shipping
If you would like to return a purchase please email info@saltandvineinteriors.com You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
